Requirement
HP Pakistan engaged the emagine group to organize and oversee a series of blogger meetups in the major cities of Pakistan – Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. emagine needed to provide an online registration method, a notification system for all registered participants and graphics to be used with each.
Our Solution
emagine conceptualized an invitation that was used across all platforms for marketing and promotions. The invitation was re-used on blogger websites in posts promoting the event and re-constituted for the badges that were given to the bloggers to authorize their admission to the event.
Event registration was done through a series of blog posts by known bloggers around Pakistan that invited people to register for the event via a Google document and/or the Facebook event page. All registrants were contacted directly to confirm their registrations and provide them with information and update leading up to and after the event.
