Currently, the emagine group is working with numerous individuals and private investors in bringing their business ventures to market. Listed below are some the ventures that will be entering the market over the next 18 months with the emagine group's collaboration.

brown bag

Brown Bag is a re-innovation of the traditional meal delivery service. When originally approached with the concept of Brown Bag, we sat with the entrepreneurs that wanted to start the venture and understood their vision, requirements and their individual strengths. The emagine group was asked to provide capital assistance along with setting up the operations. The vision that the Brown Bag brings is to provide a healthy meal choice to offices with a couple of innovations to the market: providing a diverse mixture of continental and domestic meals, an internet and Short Messaging Service (SMS) based ordering, meal alternatives for lower paid staff, and discount loyalty programs for regular customers.

Brown Bag will launch commercial operations in April of 2006
digitally hip

Digitally Hip is a market breakthrough for Gen X and Y, providing a "digitally-hip" alternative for the typically coffee shops. Digitally Hip is a coffee shop/internet cafe/MP3 shop. For the regular customer, there is wired and wireless internet connectivity, along with complete printing and binding facilities. Unlike the traditional local print shops, Digitally Hip allows customers to send or upload files and have the printed copy delivered to their office or direct to the intended recipient.

For the "digitally hip," there is a growing library of over 300,000 MP3 tracks that can be purchased on CD or transferred to your MP3 player. If you don't find a track that you are looking for, the customer just needs to let a Floor Agent know and they will be notified when the track is available. And for those special occasions, Digitally Hip provides printing and design services for CD covers.

Digitally Hip, a joint venture between the emagine group and a private investor, will launch operations in Winter 2006.

enterprise 

Business owners have seen that the requirement for more information about customers is expanding on a daily basis. It's no longer enough to maintain customer lists of purchases and buying habits, we are now required to maintain information about preferences, interests and any other information that will allow for better forecasting and corporate planning.

Enterprise is a modular system that allows organizations to maintain comprehensive information about their customers and their preferences. Enterprise works with any of your business applications to compile and organize customer information into one resource. The additional functionalities of Enterprise include complete integration with Microsoft Office to allow for more efficiency. Enterprise is designed in two parts, the core module that provides the graphic interface and application processing and the sector modules, which are designed based on the requirements of the respective industry sector.

Enterprise is currently in final beta testing with industry partners and will be commercially available in June 2006.

marketplace

MarketPlace is a revolutionary new gaming concept that allows individuals to purchase and run their own businesses in a virtual environment. MarketPlace is designed to run completely online with various levels of businesses based on "financial investments" ranging from 0 to USD 500. All the characteristics of Marketplace have been carefully reviewed and studied to assure normal business practices, including the inclusion of loans, grants, venture capital and other forms of capital funding. MarketPlace is an experience, not just another game.

MarketPlace allows individuals to purchase any type of business ranging from farms to factories and corporations. Other sectors, such as financial services, emergency support services, etc will be maintained by the application until business owners show the required level of success and financial stability to unlock these purchases.

MarketPlace will be commercial available in Spring 2007.

With the growth in the Pakistani economy, more and more organizations are interested in learning more about what their customers' impressions are. Served is the first international level Mystery/Secret Shopper program in Pakistan. Served provides businesses, ranging from department and general stores to hotels and restaurants, with an understanding of what the customer sees, feels and hears while they are at your establishment, all of which affect their willingness to come back again. Served examines your business from signage and product placement to knowledgeability and cleanliness to assess and provide clear direction on what your customers feel. Additionally, Served has been used to profile competitors.

Served is currently completing its final testing and review of surveys and reports. For the next quarter, Served will be included in service portfolio at emagine consulting, as all final preparations are completed for the commercial launch in Summer 2006.
skill development center

With the changes in the global economy and the push by organizations to outsource, many people are finding themselves employed. SDC is a focused skill development program that allows individuals to attain the understanding and knowledge that is required to function in the new global economy. In addition, with the extremely high unemployment in South East Asia due to a dramatic shift in resource requirements, SDC also provides fundamental training to facilitate a successful career change from labor to technology.

In addition to skill development, SDC maintains a separate division for organizations that want to understand how they can improve their efficiency and productivity to compete better in the global economy. This division works with executives to understand what customer requirements are and how they can be best met, focusing on customer retention and loyalty strategies.

SDC has been in operation on a limited scale in collaboration with 4SquarePeg, a member company of the emagine group, and will become the newest addition to the emagine group in the Summer of 2006.

The Pakistani market is populated with numerous vendors for corporate and event merchandising, but has continually lagged behind due to the lack of vision, quality and commitment to delivery causing many organizations to go elsewhere for their merchandising needs. After working with many vendors to satisfy our own clients, we started looking for a better option to the "same old, same old." Available Here has been built through the conglomeration of various organizations through mergers and acquisitions and a capital infusion from the emagine group to bring state of the art technology to Pakistan to be able to deliver merchandising items at a lower price with international quality standards.

Available Here not only provides basic collateral printing, but has crossed the divide into screen printing, heat transfer and computerized embroidery machines. Available Here also provides merchandising consultants that will assist corporate/event managers with planning their merchandising requirements and assuring that the every detail is planned for.

Available Here has been in limited operation in collaboration with iMedia, a member company of the emagine group, and will become an independent venture in Autumn 2006.
