Pakistan - Who’s Fault?

I stumbled across this in Cairene’s blog about an article in National Geographic about Pakistan, which is quite interesting. While I think they have some interesting comments, I am more interested in what you all have to say after reading the two articles.

Struggle for the Soul of Pakistan

I look forward to the comments that both these articles are going to bring, as it comes down an age-old debate here in Pakistan: secular or religious government.

Correction:

I had originally placed a link to Cairene’s post that summarized the article and gave me the headline that I am using. Cairene was kind enough to post a comment here and let me know. Thus, I have removed it but you can still read the summary there from this link, if you are interested.

  1. They’re the same article. I was referring to the national geographic article in my post.

We only have one rule here: EVERYONE has the right to an opinion and if you would like to express yours, we expect it to be logical and intelligent. If you can't respect someone's opinion and decide to take potshots or make derogatory comments; your opinion will be tossed in the trash.
