As if this is a surprise to anyone… the world’s largest arm’s broker has opposed the UN’s treaty for international arms control…..
US is only country to oppose UN arms trade treaty
The only way to show your disgust with the United States government is to support an international movement to remove the war monger, arms dealer United States from the United Nations. John Bolton is a disgrace to diplomacy and is more of the reason for the problems with UN reform than a part of the solution.
It’s time that the United States left the United Nations, the Security Council and left the job of saving the world to the people who really care.
Also, for those of you that have the time to make a difference, please join Control Arms, the only group that I have found that is demanding change and enforcement of the international arms trade.
When you want to stop tyranny, genocide, and terrorism, you have to eliminate the ability of people to get military grade weapons. The United States obviously doesn’t want to hurt its defence contractors with supporting arms trade controls, so it is up to us, the people of the world to do it.
